Lake Waramaug, dusk

My wife Anne and I were driving south from our house along the east side of Lake Waramaug and we stopped and I got this shot.
I pulled it into iPhoto and took out a bird, then made a few 16×20 prints out of it as well as 8x10s. It printed very well.
Canon G3, automatic.
this is first landscape picture in this blog ;-) well done
Gedas: Yes, it was what I considered my best image done with my old Canon G3. I have it printed and framed at 16×20″ here and it looks great. I should probably reprocess it with lightroom but it’s a jpg so there’s not much more I could do. It also looks good as a monochrome. Thanks for noticing, it was a long, long time ago.
