		<description>Intersting comment. Andy Singer is far from a Luddite: he runs a web site which he codes himeslf. He is a rabid environmentalist who rides a bike rather than drive a car but that's not a Luddite.

I think his point in this cartoon was to comment that we are never going to be content with the amount of technology we have at any point in our evolution (or devolution).</description>
