		<description>Okra? Otherwise known as Ladies Fingers.  Often found in Indian curries.  

Something I've just discovered : okra is Swahili for Gumbo!  I've often heard of the word Gumbo but didn't know I knew what it was!!! (If you see what I mean!)  Okra is not high on my 'favourite vegetables' list but I gather it is a 'powerhouse' of valuable nutrients.  Maybe I'll look out for it on the menu the next time I 'go for a curry' (as we say over here).</description>
