Getty Center Garden

Los Angeles, California. I love the Getty Center. It’s one of my all time favorite destinations, in LA or almost anywhere else. The architecture is wonderful but so is the Central Garden created by artist Robert Irwin.
On this visit, because my mother could not walk into the garden area and it was too narrow to wheel her in there on a wheelchair (she’s seen it in past years anyway) I made a quick walk-through just to see it again myself. This is the only photograph that worked out and I have no clue what this exotic, string-beany plant is but its colors were wonderful. I’m calling it a succulent but I have no clue really.
