Animated Knots is a great site for learning how to tie knots of all kinds. You can run continuous animation slow or fast or step through the process of each of dozens of useful knots. Great stuff.

I love The Morrow Guide to Knots and wish I had it when I was getting started as a climber. I think it’s more complete and even though a static, non-animated book, a better knot resource than the animated knots site above. If you’re into knots, or want to learn how to tie them (useful for anyone) get this book.
