Warren, Connecticut. Just as I walked up to this spot to take some pictures a great blue heron heard me and flew away. I told him that I wasn’t really interested in taking his picture or stealing his fish and frogs but he’s a shy fellow and doesn’t like company. Of course, now that I know where he likes to hang out, I’ll be back here with a long lens to see if I can take his picture. Until then, I’ll have to settle for landscape images that look like herons belong in them.
