Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (one legged king pigeon)
New Preston, Connecticut. This is my yoga teacher (and my wife’s as well) Anne Hungerford doing Eka Pada Rajakapotasana II (one legged king pigeon variation or "the mermaid pose").
Anne is a gifted teacher, able to work with beginners like me and more advanced yogis like my wife and she has just the right take on yoga (for me and my wife): she doesn’t strip it of its spiritual component yet never makes us feel uncomfortable with it.
