Gmail collaborative video
Wednesday, August 29th, 2007
Google has assembled a Gmail collaborative video out of the short video clips that folks sent in.
We asked you to help us imagine how an email message travels around the world. All it took was a video camera, the Gmail M-velope ( ), and some creativity — and, wow, did you get creative!
Get a bunch of users to create small pieces, put them together creatively with music. Wonderful.
I’m loving gmail personally, it’s really working well for me.

Hi Richard,
It’s really cool isn’t it?! Would be nice for more big companies to engage their passionate users and get some collaborative work from them. (Pause for breath) ;-)
Sums Google up nicely - fun, user-orientated and innovative!
(Unlike Yahoo?!).
Jon
Jon: yes, there is a culture difference between Yahoo and google but don’t get too caught up in Yahoo = bad buy, google = good guy. If only life were that simple. I’m quite sure it’s not. However, if I had to choose, I choose google.
Agreed, I would love to see their ‘Black ops” team ;-)
Google would also get my vote at present.
