iPod Touch Guided Tour

Apple has produced a great iPod Touch Guided Tour.
Wow, this looks fantastic. Just what I’ve wanted all along.
I had a Palm Pilot and various generations of Palm organizers in the early days but moved away from the device as syncing to the Mac became more awkward and unreliable. I always had a use for devices like these (personal information managers) but given that I’m sensitive to user interface and the details of syncing to a computer, I had to part ways with Palm.
Since the iPod has had read only views of calendar and contacts I’ve been using various generations of iPod to at least see my contacts on the road. However, the “classic” iPod UI makes it difficult to find a contact in a long contact list.
The iPod Touch looks like what I’ve been waiting for: easy syncing, music, contacts, calendar and wifi so Safari can pick up my Gmail on the road.
For me, the question will be, is 16 GB enough storage for enough music. I’m used to not choosing a playlist to sync, however, it’s rare that I actually need all of my music on the road and I generally have my computer with me should I need something not on the portable device.
Like with every device, this one will evolve: more memory, same price. The question is, when to jump in. Given that it’s the Palm I’ve always wanted, I don’t see any reason not to jump in now.
PS: here’s the iPhone Guided Tour which is also incredible. Gad.

Just JUMP already!!!!! ;-)
I am REALLY looking forward to mine arriving. I’ve preordered the Sheild Zone sticker for the front, as I like to keep nice things minty condition.
