Very eerie picture.. some friends of mine visited Iceland and said that nothing could have prepared them for the utter strangeness and beauty.

They said that walking the countryside was like being on a different planet. I know that’s a worn out phrase, but they meant it quite literally, and this photo proves it.

sheryl: I think they got it right and from the images I see of Iceland on flickr, it’s like another world. I’d love to go there someday just to take pictures.

hehe ;) maybe when I buy digital camera that has a powerfull lens, I suspect that it will have to wait until next year ;-)
