Kingston has a rebate on its Kingston 4GB Compact Flash Elite Pro Memory Card right now such that it’s essentially free.
Card cost: $39.95
Rebate: $40.00

I’ve not used this card yet but I did order one just now. Limit of one per customer on this rebate deal.
For those who don’t know how these cards work, the 133X is the supposed read/write speed of the card and for those who shoot continuous (rather than single shot) this can make a bit of a difference in how fast the card catches up to your camera. I almost never shoot in continuous mode so slower cards are fine for me. I use Sandisk 2GB Ultra II Compact Flash Cards, among others.
Now that I’ve posted this I see the card is out of stock. The deal will go on a while so hopefully they’ll get it back in stock very soon.
