Shannon: The best way to use any of my photos is the same way that I'm using them here. Click on this image and you'll be taken to the original up on flickr in my account. If you join flickr (free) and become a contact of mine there (email me to let me know you're doing this) you'll then be able to blog any of my yoga and other photos in the appropriate way, with links back to my flickr account.

I generally don't just give images away for reposting, preferring people to use the same tools I'm using to post images at their web sites. This makes a link back to the image on flickr and me and allows you to use what you like.

Let me know if you need help with any of this and thanks for the kind words about my photography.

Hi Richard, I love your photos they are stunning. I am an art director turned endurance athlete and yogy, and I am writing a blog/article exploring different types of yoga. The "mountain pose" is perfect for this blog. I would love to use this picture as my blog image to draw people in. I will give you full credit and I can send you the article if you want. Please let me know if you are open to this.
Thank you and keep up the great photos. Love them.

Gary, thanks, she's right in the place you usually set up in Anne's class. I felt the urge for a yoga shot today and somehow I really liked the calmness of this view. And the colors, of course.

Richard, all the colors, the bokeh, and especially the curling mat really worked out well in this photo. I like it a lot.
