Forget my earlier posts. I had googled the book title that you mentioned, and a picture of the book came up and I thought, gee, this looks familiar to me. So I looked through my mother's stash of pattern books, and I found it!!! She had actually made this sweater for my niece, over 33 years ago. Now I know why I liked it so much when I saw yours.
