I noticed that surreal image too. Does putting cops on Segways give criminals at an advantage or a disadvantage? Is it easy to outrun a Segway?
Mike: I have no idea. I did get on a Segway once but didn’t do very well. I think had I ridden it around for a while I’d have gotten the hang of it fast though. They can move pretty fast.
