it’s big!
Yes, a bit too big Gedas. My guess is, just like office space in Shanghai, it’s too big and will go empty much of the time.
Things like this were thought about and designed in a much better economy and unfortunately things have changed since then. Of course, people live on their plastic (cards) so maybe this thing will be full (of debt).
