Jason Fried did a fantastic talk at the Business Innovation Factory Conference on sharing and teaching as a business practice. Jason is the Founder and CEO of 37signals.
Tony Hsieh did another talk at same conference on customer support. Tony is the CEO of Zappos.

wow, i Just watched these 2 videos and it is just amazing and so different then how most of america run there business and they have it right it is a shift in how things should be done and hopefully other companies will fallow suite.

Lesson 1: Teach and if you do it well people will support you.
Lesson 2: Treat customers the way you’d love to be treated and you’ll create lifelong customers, not just single sale customers.
All presented with stories and examples that make the lessons easy to understand.
yes it is so basic yet so innovative really there is something there for other companies to learn and I emailed tony and he is sending me the book he discuss in his video also I think the part that was interesting in his video is when he says maybe on day there will be a zapos airline, we all know they need help with customer service.

Richard the book is great I have to say this company is realy good and I think they have it all together some of the quotes in this book you would think that people are talking about there best friend or a family member but they are talking about a company.
