Found Cameras and Orphan Pictures
This is a great site. If you lose your camera, look here and you may find the pictures on it and the person who found it. If you find a camera email four images from it to this site and they’ll post them so the owner can find it.

Richard, as you know, I thought that this was a cool idea to help people get reunited with their lost cameras. As I understand it, the effort is also directed at helping return lost CF or SD cards to folks so that the images valuable to the owner can be returned.
Pretty cool.
i wish they had one for cell phones
