I’m surprised at the vast majority of older runners.
I would be inspired to begin training if I was sure that my knees wouldn’t dissolve…
Sheryl: We just hiked up Race Brook falls, over Race Mountain, down into Sage’s Ravine, and up through Paradise Lane. I got my feet wet fording Sage’s creek. It was 12 miles total and my knees are barkin’ tonight. Great walk through. Pictures to come tomorrow.
All that hiking and you are still awake at 1 am. Whew!!
