The photos are amazing. I especcially love the dreamy one of the camels at sunrise.
UNFORTUNATELY—-
many of the comments reflect the abysmal level of anonymous and faceless cyber-dialog, where it’s cool to flaunt your lowest self.
That it is okay to be a “hater” in the anonymous anf faceless virtual world is rapidly spilling over into real-life civil discourse, and I am sick of it.
Sheryl: Amen. I agree. You’d be amazed how much of that stuff I weed out of this site’s comment threads (it’s in moderation and I kill it before it goes public) but The Big Picture is a very popular site with lots of attention. One would think commenters would grow brains. If they had to use real names and IDs they no doubt would.
