Two Weeks of Travel, Ten iPad Lessons
This is a must for anyone thinking of using an iPad instead of a laptop for travel.
I find the need for a real keyboard without ever leaving home and I agree on the glossy screen glare issue.

What I don’t get is: why don’t they use real, actual anti-glare coating? If they can do it on eye-glasses (and it makes a big difference), surely they can also do it on a screen the size of the pad?
I agree Eolake but in fact, I want a matte screen on all of my computers, not just the iPad. This will continue to be an irritation for me for a while. My current MacBook Pro is a three year old Core 2 Duo matte screen model and I love it. My next one will no doubt have a glossy screen. Ugh.
Actually there is an antiglare display option for new MacBook Pros.
I know that Jonne but it’s an HD screen which means the dot pitch is much smaller, reducing readability a lot for my old eyes.
